A well-crafted, smaller statue of Mary. She looked very alive, as if she were about to move her head to look up at her guest.
By the way, too many of us (non-Catholic) Christians are scared of Mary, I think. However, God seemed to be fond of her, as she was chosen to give birth to the Son of God. While I don't think she should be worshipped, she should be deeply respected. I like the contrasts in this shot.
