Nick and I just got back from a free taping of the Colbert Report. Seats? Front row. Center. We had a really good time, and at one point, good old Colbert was about 1.5 feet from us. Seems like a really genuine guy off camera...
Guest: Christopher Buckley, the author of Thank You for Smoking was on, and Colbert talked about Oral Roberts Univeristy and Oral's vision of a 900 foot Jesus. Colbert was on his mark.
A sweet afternoon.
Dude, I just watched that, like 3 hrs ago. Eerie - had I only known, I'd've looked for you in the audience.
By the way, how sweet of a wife have I got that this is one of her favourite tv shows? My wife rocks!
PS. How'd you get tickets?
