I am a man. I do manly things. (Part II.)

Tonight's dinner menu for a few friends, courtesy of J. Cleveland:

*Homemade tomato and basil soup.

*Fresh grilled mozzarella sandwiches.

*Tossed green salad.

*Triple ginger gingersnap cookies.

Hey, I am my own man.  I define what is manly for me.  Tonight, that was being a host to good friends. (If you want the recipes, I can give them to you, because they are what we call awesome.)
