Beast. What a beast the past few days have been. I haven't worked this hard academically in a long time. I've spent between 9 - 11 hours in the library each of the last five days, leaving only to get a quick bite to eat. This is what we call cramming, folks. Like trying to cram a sleeping bag into a small sack, it takes some acrobatics. I'm making it through, though. The best thing is that I'll be done no later than 3:30 on Saturday, when my last two papers are due. And there will be much rejoicing.
My room looks like a coffee shop, library and thrift store exploded together. Books, old coffee cups, papers, clothes and shoes are strewn about. I haven't fully unpacked from Christmas break. (Yes, I've been back for a week.) Atypical for me, but eh, its just for a few days.
Faithful snacks this week have included this, this, this, this, and this.
Friday and Saturday will be just as busy as (if not busier than) the past few days. I am surviving, I take healthy breaks, I don't do all-nighters, I have good snacks and good music, my papers are (mostly) coherent, my computer isn't dying, and to be sure, the Lord is good.
To all of you who have diversely busy lives, keep doing what you need to do to survive!
