HAPPY BELATED SECOND BLOGIVERSARY TO WORLDSAREFORMING.

As of last week, two years of blogging. (I dare not count the hours I have spent on this thing.  Scary, but a fun hobby.)  Thanks for continuing to check in here, friends!

New Month, New Banner. April 2007.

It is April.  New banner time! (Another big thanks to Cleaker for last month's.)  I'm excited about this one, colorful and all.  Just wish I had put the four in the middle...actually in the middle.  Oops.  Not enough time right now to make another one.  In any event, I like it, and had fun creating it!  (Bonus points for the person who knows what the background picture is from.)

I Couldn't Wait.

I was so ready to be done with February that I had to put my March banner up early.

Thanks to Adam for the great new early spring banner!  I made a few other changes around the blog, too.  I am so eager for spring that I almost started to go through my goods, doing some "spring cleaning."  Good thing I gathered my wits and decided to not be that crazy!  Whee-ew.

REST = NEW BANNER.

Part of my rest yesterday was in being creative and making my new banner.  (I haven't felt artistically creative in awhile!  This helped.)  As I've said before, the title of my blog comes from the Meister Eckhart poem "Expands His Being."  Thanks for stopping by.  Peace to you!

New Month = New Look.

It is December. Wow. How did that happen? Time for a new banner, a detail from a picture I took in Clinton, NJ last winter on a stinkin' cold winter day. Click on the link below to see the full picture.

Michelle Sanders: The Real Deal.

That's what she is, folks: the real deal. My friend Michelle has a blog. She's hilariously honest there, makes me laugh and laugh. Michelle writes about Chicken (her dog), writes about faith and life in Portland, and writes lists. I recommend checking it out.

She also has an amazing business, Attic Journals, where she takes previously loved hardcover books, and converts them into journals. I have a few. So should you. (That's right, I should-ed on you. I only do that when I know I'm 100% right about things.)

Michelle, she's great.

Guess Whose Computer is Broken Again?

December, January, February, March, and May. Five times in six months.  I thought the computer had hit a milestone in April, deciding not to break down.  Guess not.  I should be glad that I really don't need it fixed immediately - no papers to write, etc.  However, this does put a cramp into my minor/major addiction to emailing, photography, and blogging when I am on break.  And, it is just inconvenient, seeing as I am about to go on a roadtrip.

I'm going to march right in to the Apple store today and GIVE THEM A BIG OL' PIECE OF MY MIND, because that's totally how I work.  Anyways, hopefully they'll just give me a new computer.  Last time they said it might happen...if it doesn't, though, this is the face I am going to give them...

Friends! It is Official. Worlds Have Been Forming for One Full Year.

Indeed.  What began as a summer blog to keep up with friends and family through updates and photographs...has turned into a monster.   No, not really a monster.  Just...an enjoyable hobby.  It really has been a fun year -- thank you.  Thanks for reading, for commenting, for not commenting, for your patience and for your encouragement.  We'll see where the blog goes in the year to come.

Once again, I'll take Worlds are Forming back to the roots...to the Meister Eckhart poem which inspired the name of this here blog...

Sam :: She Blogs.

When we worked in Texas together, my friend Sam was one of the people in my life that could make me laugh the hardest -- at just about anything.  She's one real person, and an excellent communicator.  So, I am glad she has a blog now.  She's at Free For Awhile.  Check her out often, I am confident that she will bring tears of laughter and stories that will resonate with you deeply.
